Anchorage Eye Doctor Performs Sight-Restoring Surgeries in Cambodia

The last week of April 2013, Anchorage ophthalmologist and resident, R. Kevin Winkle, M.D., traveled to Cambodia as a volunteer for Surgical Eye Expeditions (SEE) International. Dr. Winkle donated his time and professional services to restore eyesight, provide lectures and exchange valuable skills while in the country.

Help Restore Sight this October

Dr. Jim Conahan of United Eye Center will travel to Mexico for a humanitarian cataract surgery mission this October with Surgical Eye Expeditions (SEE) International, and is asking for help supporting this expedition to restore sight to the impoverished blind of Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
