CORPORATE Supporters

SEE International’s global, sight-restoring programs rely on the support of corporate partners for donations of surgical supplies and equipment, other in-kind products and services, and program funds. Thanks to their ongoing commitment, sight was restored to 9,308 children and adults at 101 sites throughout 34 countries in 2007.

Alcon ophthalmic products have been utilized on every surgical expedition since SEE International was founded in 1974.  Alcon's 34-year partnership with SEE International, as the primary contributor of eye care supplies and medications, has enabled SEE volunteer surgeons to restore the precious gift of sight to hundreds of thousands of patients around the world.

Alcon has one mission: To discover, develop, produce and market innovative, high quality eye care products that preserve, restore and enhance sight. For more information, visit http://www.alcon.com/about-alcon/

Allergan has supported SEE’s mission of restoring sight worldwide with both medical supply donations and financial support over the years.  Its medications are used for cataract and other eye surgeries in SEE clinics around the globe and Allergan’s financial support helps to underwrite other clinic costs.

Magellan’s has been a corporate partner of SEE International for the past two decades.  Harry Brown, M.D., F.A.C.S., founder of SEE International, came to rely on Magellan’s products for his international surgical expeditions.  Traveling around the world, performing free sight-saving surgeries, Dr. Brown would visit the Santa Barbara retail store and ask for advice on the best luggage and accessories that would make his trips to Africa, Asia and South America more comfortable and productive.  Today, Magellan’s is proud to support SEE International by providing Magellan’s Cares Kits to volunteer eye surgeons, as well as promoting SEE International’s cause to its worldwide customer base.

Since 1989, Magellan's has been the world's most trusted source of travel supplies. Visit Magellan's online at http://www.magellans.com.
