What We Have Done

SEE has impacted the lives of millions of patients around the world in our mission to treat and end preventable blindness.

Our volunteer medical teams have been in the field providing free eye exams and sight-restoring surgeries to individuals who would otherwise be without access to eyecare

We have partnered with all seven institutions that have Global Ophthalmic Fellowships.

Since 2016, DSS:

SEE’s Direct Supply Support program provides necessary medical supplies such as intraocular lenses (IOLs) to our trusted partners in India, Nepal, Namibia, and El Salvador to support vision care services independent of our clinical trips.  Since starting, we’ve supported over 118,700 sight-restoring surgeries.
